Nowadays, Herbalist have the benefit of historical herbal use by our ancestors and modern clinical research practices to evaluate and assess herbals for health and wellness.

Many practice along the lines of improving wellness rather than fighting disease.

Herbalist utilize a well rounded step wise approach to wellness assessing diet, exercise, medications, nutritional supplements and overall lifestyle modalities that can assist with successful herbal usage.
